We want you to be delighted with your new beeswax wraps, so if you don't love them for any reason, you can return them to us free for a refund. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt so that we can send you the pre-paid returns label.
2. Return the item within an additional 14 days. The set(s) must be unused and in their original packaging (it's okay if the label is torn).
3. Once we've received the order back and checked its condition, we'll refund you for the full cost of the wraps.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days and provide as much detail as you can in your email to us (photos are helpful!). We may provide a self-addressed stamped envelope and ask you to return the faulty item to us.
If you'd like a replacement or a refund, we'll be happy to take care of that once we've assessed the problem.

Just like cling film, the wrap moulds around and adheres to surfaces or itself. The warmth of your hands makes the wrap pliable and adhesive. Don’t be afraid to pinch the ends together – that’s when it really does its job!
Clean after each use with cold/cool water, a sponge and a little washing up liquid. Hang over your dish drying rack to air-dry.
Don’t put it on any radiators or other heat sources or the wax will melt.
Do not put into the microwave or oven, or wrap hot food/bowls.
Can be used in the freezer or fridge.
Not to be used on raw meat or fish.
Do not use if allergic to any of the materials (cotton, beeswax, olive oil or damar resin). Please note that our wraps contain NO pine resin or jojoba oil.

WHAT IS EACH SIZE BEST FOR?
XXL Bread 50x45cm - all sizes of loaf, even huge sourdough, casseroles
Large 30cm - Huge sandwiches, mixing bowls, dinner plates
Medium 25cm - Baps, roll sandwiches, cereal bowls, cheeses, cut melon
Small 20cm - cut apples, oranges, avocadoes, onions
⭐TOP TIP⭐ Always wrap sandwiches and loaves on the diagonal for maximum coverage!
Really pleased about these & have been converted now for 2yrs or so.
The different designs & sizes cover all my needs making it easy to identify what’s inside without the need to look .
They’re easy to wash dry & store plus they last for ages. Admittedly they’re more expensive than cling film but well worth it to avoid plastic .
I’m really pleased there’s a Bread Wrap now as I’ve been at a loss for an alternative.
I’m going to have to experiment with the folding of this as I make my own bread in different shapes & sizes , slice it & freeze. Perhaps an intermediate size might be useful ( somwhere between the XXL & the large one in the assorted)
or a round one , though I could cut it to desired size or shape myself.
Freezer space is limited so as the number of slices reduce the wrap can then swapped for the smaller ones . Haven’t quite figured out the ideal way yet !
We love quality bread and often make our own. Is is easy but gets hard quickly. The bread wrap is ideal to keep it fresh for longer.
This fits my homemade GF bread brilliantly. Keeps it fresh and easy to wash and reuse. Love the design and that its reusable.
A vast improvement on the previous beeswax wraps I owned. These wrap snugly around a loaf of home made bread, keeping it fresh. Takes up less room than a bread in and looks decorative in the kitchen.
